7.Regularly publish a blue book to track and analyze industry development trends
Experts from the People's Institute will conduct regular exchanges and, based on interviews and visits to enterprises, gain insights into industry development trends. These findings will be compiled into a book and published as the Blue Book of Positive Design Evaluation Guidelines for Manufacturing Reliability.
